The great thing about the game of baseball is that over the years it has had a unique way of bringing fathers and sons together. Together they share the love of the game and all the great experiences associated with it.

Ken Griffey Sr. and Ken Griffey Jr. although they were father and son, conducted themselves more as good buddies. They had the unique opportunity of playing together with the Seattle Mariners in 1990 and 1991. On September 14, 1990, playing against the Angels, Senior and Junior hit back to back home runs in the same game. This marked the first time in baseball history that a father and son duo hit back to back home runs playing for the same team.
